Meeting the growing energy demand for sustainability and environmental friendly fuels is a continuous process. Several oxygenated were tried tested according to availability depending upon geographical locations find solution against rapidly depleting fossil (gasoline diesel). In present investigation, viability of waste fry cooking oil converted into biodiesel fuel its various physiocochemical properties was evaluated. this regard, performance emission CI engine compared using mineral diesel fuel. Experimental research performed on single-cylinder agricultural with indirect injection, used three different types oils. The classified as one-time fry, two-time three-time fry. Engine efficiency tail pipe attributes evaluated fuels. blends experiment B60 B80 at full load, speed (rpm). It found that brake specific consumption (BSFC) increased increasing speed, whereas thermal reduced speed. Brake (BTE) reduces increase in because poor air–fuel ratio high CO2 higher density heating value fuel, which depends blending frying time also encountered NOx maximum test except 60% blend, showed lower than Smoke opacity both have decreasing trend are pure diesel. 1FWCOB (fry biodiesel), 2FWCOB, 3FWCOB exhaust gas temperature (EGT) cetane number value. Based result obtained, it concluded by soya bean biodiesel, characteristics affected. need sustainable important, thus use potential replacement
